​Hello!

We are Louise and Mary. We set up Salty Saunas to give everyone the relaxing and rejuvenating experience that we have benefitted from for many years. Whether you like a nice long relax in the sauna or prefer to alternate between the chilly North sea and the heat of our wood fuelled saunas, we have an experience that is perfect for you. You can come as a group, come on your own or book the entire sauna for yourself.

Our services include:​

•  Blyth beach ( What 3 words :Kind.Cover.Zebra) Saturday mornings at a charge of £10 per person for 45 minutes. 

• Longsands beach (  Crusoes end.What 3 words (Exam:Parents:Weds ) Saturday mornings

• ​Bespoke saunas  from other locations on other dates on request at  a charge of £300 for 90 minutes or £350 for 2 hours for 2 sauna tents.

• Provision of a gazebo for changing and socialising.
