We are Louise and Mary. We set up Salty Saunas to give everyone the relaxing and rejuvenating experience that we have benefitted from for many years. Whether you like a nice long relax in the sauna or prefer to alternate between the chilly North sea and the heat of our wood fuelled saunas or prefer our cold water ice bath at the Cycle hub, we have an experience that is perfect for you. You can come as a group, come on your own or book the entire sauna for yourself. ​

UPCOMING DATES

​We have the mobile beach sauna that usually operates from Longsands but we are taking a break from our regular sessions in January and February after our session on New Years Day. We continue to be available for bespoke sessions . 

We have a pop up sauna and ice bath available at requested venues.

Our additional services include:​

• ​Bespoke saunas  from other locations on other dates on request at  a charge of £300 for 90 minutes or £350 for 2 hours for 2 sauna tents. For bespoke events we can accommodate up to 24 people with guests alternating between the sauna and the sea.

• Provision of a gazebo for changing and socialising.
