We are Louise and Mary. We set up Salty Saunas to give everyone the relaxing and rejuvenating experience that we have benefitted from for many years. Whether you like a nice long relax in the sauna or prefer to alternate between the chilly North sea and the heat of our wood fuelled saunas or prefer our cold water ice bath at the Cycle hub, we have an experience that is perfect for you. You can come as a group, come on your own or book the entire sauna for yourself. ​

We have the mobile beach sauna that usually operates from Longsands  (see below for details of upcoming sessions). We also have sessions at the Newcastle Quayside Bike Hub where we have an ice bath. 

Our saunas can host up to 12 people.

• ​Bespoke saunas  from other locations on other dates on request at  a charge of £300 for 90 minutes or £350 for 2 hours for 2 sauna tents.

• Discounted student saunas at Longsands and the cycle hub on Wednesday afternoons.

• Cold Water therapy plunge pool at the Cycle hub

• Provision of a gazebo for changing and socialising.
